Every program runs 12 weeks and includes individualized online care. The difference between tiers is how much 1:1 time you get — your plan is built around your symptoms, your goals, and your schedule either way.

Program investment and payment plans are laid out at your evaluation — every consult ends with a clear recommendation, so you pick a payment plan, not a program design.
Online, in about two minutes. Virtual from anywhere, in person in New Jersey.
Your first appointment is a 60-minute assessment, not a pitch. We look at your body and your symptoms — the actual work starts on day one.
I tell you exactly where you fit across my three tiers — Restore, Rebuild, or Rise — and why, with the full price in writing. Then you decide on your own time. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you that too.
The only thing you're committing to today is one appointment.
Pick a time online. Virtual from anywhere — or in person if you're in New Jersey.
A whole-body assessment — pelvic floor, breathing, strength, habits — to find what's actually driving your symptoms. Come as you are and say the "embarrassing" thing. I've heard it.
You leave with a clear picture of what's going on and my recommendation for which program fits. No guessing, no generic protocol.
1:1 sessions on your tier's schedule, individualized online care between them, and real-time access when a flare hits. You always know what to do next.
We reassess together, look at how far you've come, and decide what's next — whether that's continuing, maintaining, or graduating.
You've probably lived some version of these three problems. Every program is built to flip them.
No sheet of Kegels and "come back in six weeks." You get a whole-body assessment — because your pelvic floor is almost never the whole story — plus real strength training built into your plan from day one.
Good days, bad days, back to square one? Not here. You reach me in real time the moment a flare happens, and we navigate it right then — not weeks later at your next appointment.
Healing happens in the six days between sessions, not just the hour in front of me. Daily-structure programming and between-visit coaching mean you're never guessing whether you're doing this right.
No — and that's on purpose. Insurance pays for the appointment and nothing else. It won't cover the coaching between sessions, the individualized programming, or me answering your message when a flare hits on a Tuesday — and healing happens in the six days between visits, not just the hour in front of me. Insurance-based clinics are also why pelvic floor care gets squeezed into 15 rushed minutes. I left that model so I could give you hour-long sessions and real support in between. You'll always know the full cost upfront, payment plans are available on every program, and I accept HSA/FSA. And if your plan covers out-of-network care, I'll give you a superbill with everything it needs, so you can submit for reimbursement and get some of the cost back.
No. Whether you're 6 weeks postpartum or 16 years past "it's just how my body is now," your pelvic floor can still change. Longstanding symptoms usually mean nobody's looked at the whole picture yet — not that you're broken.
Yes. Most of what drives pelvic floor symptoms — breathing, pressure management, strength, habits, load — can be assessed and treated through a screen. My virtual clients get the same programming, the same access to me, and the same results I see in the office.
Only ever with your consent, and never required. Plenty of clients make real progress without one. We talk through what an assessment involves before anything happens, and you're in charge the entire time.
You don't have to. Every evaluation ends with my specific recommendation — most people land in Rebuild — so you're choosing a payment plan, not designing your own care.
In most cases, no — you can book directly.
Nope. Men are a huge part of my caseload — pelvic pain, ED, urinary issues, post-workout aching. Mine is one of the few offices where none of that raises an eyebrow. Men's pelvic health starts here.
