I'm the pelvic floor OT for HYROX athletes. If you leak on the ski erg, ache after sled pushes, or can't brace under load, this program was built for you — and layered right onto your existing race prep.

Wall balls, ski erg, double-unders, heavy carries. You've started planning your outfit — and your bathroom trips — around it.
Pelvic, hip, or low back pain that flares with sleds and lunges. Rest days help, but it always comes back when volume ramps up.
You lose tension under load, your core "gives," or you feel pressure bearing down where it shouldn't. Your pelvic floor is part of your brace — and it's getting skipped.
Common in hybrid training. Not something you have to accept as the cost of competing.
12 weeks · three tiers
It's the same three programs I run for everyone — Restore, Rebuild, and Rise — just built for the way you train. Each one runs 12 weeks with individualized programming layered right onto your race prep. The only thing that changes between them is how much 1:1 time we get: monthly on Restore, twice a month on Rebuild (where most athletes land), or weekly on Rise.
Private virtual sessions to assess, adjust, and problem-solve — monthly, twice a month, or weekly, depending on which of the three programs you choose.
Individualized pelvic floor, pressure, and bracing work built around the training you're already doing — updated depending on your needs. You don't quit your program. We upgrade it.
Send me video of your wall balls, sled work, ski erg, or carries. I'll break down exactly where the leak or pressure problem is happening.
Real touchpoints with me through the week, not radio silence between sessions. No waiting a month to ask about that weird thing that happened during Saturday's sim.
HYROX racers, CrossFitters, runners, and hybrid athletes of any gender. Postpartum athletes returning to racing. Men with pelvic pain from heavy training. If you're pushing load and something below the belt isn't cooperating, you're my people.
You can spend the next training block managing symptoms, or fixing them. Book your evaluation and let's build the fix into your season.
