You don't have to do this alone

By Erica Bermudez, OTR/L — pelvic floor occupational therapist

Over the last few weeks, I've shared a lot about pelvic health, nervous system regulation, lifestyle factors, and why I care so deeply about changing the conversation around "TMI" symptoms.

My hope is that this has helped you feel a little more informed, a little less alone, and maybe even more connected to your body.

Because the truth is, so many people spend years thinking:
"This is just normal."
"I should just deal with it."
"Maybe I'm overreacting."

And often, they've never had someone fully listen to what they're experiencing.

If any of this resonates with you, I want you to know you don't have to navigate this alone.

Whether you're dealing with pelvic pain, leaking, constipation, pressure, discomfort during intimacy, or symptoms you can't quite make sense of — support exists, and your concerns are valid.

If you've been curious about working together, you're always welcome to:

No pressure at all — I'm just glad you're here.

And even if you're not ready for support yet, I hope this encourages you to start paying attention to what your body may be trying to tell you.
